If your item arrived damaged or you missing an item a DAMAGE/ MISSING ITEM CLAIM FORM must be submitted within 2 business days of delivery from the carrier. After the 2 days business day timeline has elapsed no damage or missing item claim may be submitted.

Orders are refundable via STORE CREDIT ONLY.

Returns can only be made up to 2 business days from date of delivery

Return authorization form must be completed:

- Product must be unopened 
- Product must be in original packaging 
- Product must be unused
- Product must not be damaged

Due to shipping restrictions and regulations, we are only able to ship within the US.
If you an place an order that is not in the US it will canceled.

If your tracking information indicates your package has been delivered but you are unable to locate it, we ask that you wait at least more business days before reaching out to us. Some carriers will mark packages as delivered before they arrive.

Most orders will ship within 1-3 business days after being placed. Please note that during times of high order volume, such as during sales, processing time may take longer.
You will receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order has been shipped.

Orders

You must contact customer service within 10 days of delivery date if there are discrepancies with your order.
